This class is tailored for people who would like to improve their elasticity and flexibility as well as muscular toning. Pilates is a very noble and therapeutic exercise discipline. It relieves back pain and helps correcting posture problems such as lordosis and scoliosis.

The basic principles of Pilates are based in a respiration that cleans your blood torrent, as well as precision and fluidity of the movements. These principles make the Pilates method in a holistic practice that creates consciousness of the body, mind, and spirit.

The Loving Class

This initiative was conceived from the heart with the idea to promote yoga and a spiritual path for all the people that would like to live in Ananda (happiness) and renounce Maya (the negative mind, the ego). The class is offered with the intention of touching the hearts of the students and boosting them to connect with divine love (Braham).

This is a class with Asanas and meditation for all levels, form beginners, to intermediates and advanced.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 10am.
